Where is The Sims 4?

I've downloaded The Sims 4 Ultimate Fix and the instructions tell me that I should copy the files to where I have installed the game, but I haven't installed the game and there's no installer included. So where do I download it?

EDIT: I found the downloads, but do I download both the base game and Get to Work? Or is that included in the Ultimate Fix?

For future reference, all of our downloads are located here:

If you are downloading the latest Ultimate Fix, in the single-file version (not the 5 parts one), then you need to download both the base game and Get to Work to get all the content. If you have the temporary one, that was in 5 parts, then it should contain Get to Work already.
