Hello,

I've been having problems with my Sims 4 and decided to re-download and re-install everything. However, when I try to run the executable file to install the base game, I get this message:



Problem executing Sims 4 installation Sims_410



I have googled this to find a way to fix it and I can't find anything. Please help!
