some of the sims 4 custom content doesn't show up in game

hello.. so i tried like everything to solve this problem - read loads of articles and so.. i just don't know how to fix it anymore (my game is updated with the latest ultimate fix). please help me

Did you check "Include Custom Content?"
On the left side there's a menu that gives you filter options. At the very bottom you should see two "..." buttons that say "Packs" and "Advanced" next to them. If you click on the "..." next to Advanced, you'll see an option to "Include Custom Content." That should fix your problem, I hope.
