Ghosts update ?

Have full game downloaded from RG mechanics but i guess that version won't provide ghost only when you die game over. so i want ask hereis any ghost seperate update files to not mess up currently version with all updates latest?
My game have like this: So no idea if something missing from game tell me. BTW my game english have 2 languages.

Welcome to the forum,
It seems you have game version 1.10.57.1020 already, and that one should have ghosts included. Keep in mind that just because a sim passed away on your lot (and there is a tombstone/urn), the ghosts don't necessarily have to appear.
It is even possible that you won't see the ghost for a very long time. From what I understand, the appearance of ghosts is pretty much random, but I may be wrong here.
Try playing on, without focussing on the ghost(s).
You definitely have all available content, and these downloads are the same anyway, whether from R.G. Mechanics, RELOADED, or G4TW.
