Origin problem

Hey guys, first of all, sorry if my English is bad, I'm working on it IAmSoHappyEmergahwd

Well, I keep having the "origin not running" error... I read how to fix this issue by closing the origin app, but I don't even have it installed...should I? I have installed the sims 4, get to work and get toghether and I followed all the instructions...I applied the fix in the past and I moved the sims 4 folder to C:/Program files/ the sims 4...I have my firewall turned off and I don't have an antivirus.
Any ideas on how to fix this? thank you very much Smile

And what Windows version are you running ? You may not have any anti-virus, but you will have Windows Defender. Is Windows Defender also turned off, and did you correctly configure the exclusions there too ?
