Game crashes when enclosing a house

Hey guys,

So I followed all instructions and expanded the rar files with StuffIt. All files installed properly and I am able to play the game, but when I play the game everything runs smoothly UNTIL I finish enclosing a house. In other words, my game freezes and becomes unresponsive once I connect all the walls to enclose the house. Nothing else is built but walls. No foundations nor objects have been bought.

Can anyone help me out here?

Are you using just the base game? if so, try and download a different one from TPB. its the sims 3.app.zip one. runs perfectly for me
