Unable to start game after choosing character.

Game just stuck at loading screen. Download & applied Get together & the ultimate fix &the hotfix as well and firewall/antivirus off.
Tried creating new character, doesnt help too.
Going to different town/world, doesnt help either.
Have base game and get to work expansion.
Lastly, i want to take this opportunity to thank all the admins here for the hardwork.

Hello and welcome to the forum first of all !
Have you tried renaming your folder "The Sims 4", located in Documents\Electronic Arts ? Into anything else ? Please try that and re-run the game. Make a new sim for the moment, and try playing on. Tell us what happens then.

P.P.S. also make sure to try BOTH the TS4.exe as well as the TS4_x64.exe, for running the game !
