Installed Town Life Stuff... [SOLVED]

So I installed Town Life Stuff for Sims 3, but now when I click the game to start playing it says I need to update, but there's nothing in the Game Updates section. How do I update?
Also, my game won't launch anymore? This happened before, but it got fixed. But it's back, and I forgot how to fix it. It'll open and such fine, but when I chose on a family/town, it'll load for two seconds then say it's not responding then shut down.
Help? :$

Hello,
Did you use the ultimate fix? If you haven't, I suggest trying that first. It should leave you with a completely patched and working game.
If this is about the store updates patch, you can ignore it or update either way.
This can solve your game crashes.

I've already used the Ultimate Fix, yes. But I installed it before I installed Town Life Stuff. Do I need to re-use the Ultimate Fix?
