How can i update the game??

I have Sims 4 game + Get to work expansion + some stuffs. The version is 1.10.57.1020 and i had used the ultimate fix as i remember.. How can i update the game + Install the new expansion "get together"? Should i uninstall the ultimate fix first?

Hello,
I'd suggest you download and install our "Get together"-release, available from this site here:
https://games4theworld.org/downloads
Then, apply the "hotfix", for correcting some in-game bugs. See the topic here:
