I do know about Wii modding, but not Xbox 360 modding. It depends on where you live; in some country's, like here in The Netherlands, it's legal to mod your Game console - there are even special shops that do so -, but you'll lose your warrantee.
If you want to do it yourself, it will save you a few $$, but the chance is bigger that you mess up. If you have got an Installation video, you should be able to do it yourself, if you got the modchip, the instructions and some equipment. If I was you, I would do some research on Google.

I think ill have to do some research but thanks
also do you know if it is possible to make a Microsoft point/live generator?
Some people say its impossible but others just say its improbable.

I don't know much about that, but point generator... I don't think that exists.

Re: Xbox 360 modding
I can barely think of a point generator, remind that microsoft can ban your console so they wont fix a possible RROD, they can ban you from live either.
As Admin said, look around in your country and you might find a shop that can modify your console for a small amount of money (here in The Netherlands its like 35-40 euro).

Re: Xbox 360 modding
i got mines dun for 50 quid with 6 games. here in the uk. mines works perfectly on xbox live. but the game has to be specially patched b4 u can use it on xbox live or else they can c if its a copied game and they will ban u from xbox live. as for u lot talking bout the point generation i dnt even have a clue wot ur talking bout. and yes the warantee will definately get voided and the rrod problem will not be fixed so mayb if ur gonna do it get another console and do it on ur old one or maybe wait until ur warantee is finished so ders no remorse.

I used to have a subscirption generator from a place called Twilight Torrents or something like that. It had a probibility of 1 in 1,000,000,000+ chance for just 1 code to succeed.

Keygens aren't valid keys, they're are hacked to work with a specific Installer. So if you want to register a Game or go online with the code, it won't work, because it's not legal. You can only use it to bypass the Wizard.
