trouble with HE SIMS 4 ULTIMATE FIX

hi 
i should say first that the game is working on older version 1.4.83.1010 with outdoorDLC

i wanted to play the get together with the latest fix but without get to work i did all the steps ,the game worked but was extra laggy sims took forever to do anything their animation stopping but the time going

anyway i uninstalled the game reinstalled it again with the latest update fix(with DLC but without get together )
the game opened the first time but the  second time it freeze in loading screen and never open 

the same issue with update only fix (no DLC) 

so i am back now with an older ver fix with outdoor the game works fine wih no lag in this ver .
but i want the latest fix .
anther thing most mods i find on popular sites don't work in the game , is it because i am playing with an old version ??

Custom Content will only work on the newest patch which RELOADED hasn't even cracked yet and
And if you are downloading Get Together make sure you have the base game and Get to Work torrents and the Sims 4 Get Together Hotfix

I also noticed lagging when I played on Graphic Quality medium, but now that I use low medium it works perfect

And you should also try deleting the Documents folder for Sims 4

when i installed get together it was without get to work so i think that was the reason it was laggy 

but why would it not work if i use the base game and latest fix without DLC , as i said before it works only one time i play the game (i move the old document some where else for testing and i reinstalled the game it self to remove the old fix), save ,exit ,reopen loads forever i just close it from task manger cuz it's not responding 

i think i would stick with playing the sims without expansions but i still like to have the latest update

Then Just install the base game and use the update-only Ultimate Fix, but I heard it might not work. So that might be your problem.

sorry if i wasn't clear , i meant update_only ultimate fix when saying   latest fix without DLC
