Game freezes upon Loading // happened after fix update

Yes I have taken out all my mods, and it still won't load.
Yes I have tried running as an admin.
My AV is out of date, and currently doesn't work, and my firewall is turned off.
I don't know what to do, I really want to play my sims game, and I can't get it to work.

If not, just re-apply the files form "get to work" at first. Then re-apply the Get together files and the hotfix. Now try the game again. Good luck !
