Error installing manual patch !

Hi! Obviously I'm new here XD Anyway, here's my problem, while installing the manual patch, I encountered a pop-up message before it was finished and it says,
File Error
The following error occurred on the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin\Packs\TS3P01\paulaf97.rra'.
The system cannot find the file specified.
(0x2)
Abort | Retry | Ignore
I clicked Ignore and the installation was finished. Copied the crack in the ultimate fix folder and replaced it to the program files. I opened my Sims 3 Launcher, clicked the play button, and there was a pop-up message again. And it says,
Please enter the entire Registration Code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card.
Tried the serial crack that I applied while installing the Sims 3 but it won't work. It won't let me play Sims 3
What should I do??
I hope someone can answer this so that I could play sooner

I can't find a file paulaf97.rra on my computer.
All I can see is a file paul.dll in that particular folder.

Hello and welcome to the forum @ktrnsls,
Can you right-click on the manual patch and choose "run as Administrator" ? And, you cannot run just the base game. In order for the "Ultimate fix" to work, you'll need at least one of the expansions or stuffpacks installed too. See this guide here:

It worked however while installing the manual patch, there was still a pop-up message. Now the problem is, there is no world installed!

Which pop-up message, the same as before ? And if you installed the base game, you should at least have the "Sunset Valley"-world installed. Can you see if it is there ?
