Launcher and game unavle to start. Empty Launcher and game unavle to start.

Launcher says unable to start and game will kust say unable to start process. I tried the regedit trick but it wont work. I have the sims 3 complete edition please help!

If you open the launcher, which game version so you see in the lower left corner?
