If I bought Movie Hangout Stuff and Romantic Garden Stuff (since I have the legit base game). Could I like add some lines to RldOrigin.ini, would it work, and what would be the lines.

I'm afraid I can't help with this one, although I recall another user on here making a post in the past about this issue, where he analyzed some .package files in the installation folder of the DLC items (with "S4PE", I believe), and after a lot of digging, he managed to figure out what lines to add into the RldOrigin.ini. 

But as far as I'm concerned, I never bothered to look into that. In my opinion it would not be worth our time and effort, and besides, the TS4.exe and TS4_x64.exe files would need to be updated too, which we (currently) can't do either.
