Origin is not running Empty Origin is not running

Hello, I got a problem.
Everytime i open Sims 4 32bit version i have lag
and everytime I open Sims 4 64bit version i see error code Origin is not running.
 System : Windows 10 64 bit
 Antivirus : Windows Defender

Hello and welcome to the forum @PENOXGames,

Let's try and fix your issue with the Sims 4 32-bit, because that will be easier to deal with for now. Have you tried lowering the in-game resolution and other graphics settings ? Do you have any other open applications running on your computer besides The Sims 4 - and if yes, have you tried closing these applications ?

I cant go in to In-game graphic settings, game lags when at loading screen when i open the game. And i tried close other applications on background.

You may not have installed the items properly, or in the correct order. Then try again accessing your graphics options in-game.

Thanks , but now only 64-bit version working and 32-bit show me error origin is not running. And i have another problem in 64-bit i don't see my natural language.

The reason you can't use the 32-bit .exe file is (most likely) because your Windows Defender and/or anti-virus program(s) are interfering with the game. But I guess if you can use the 64-bit .exe file, it should be OK...?
