Installed Sims 4 correctly, but no content, no worlds coming up.
I installed sims 4 just like your guide said. I installed it, however, in D:/. It's been installed in the order TS4 Base Game -> Get to Work -> Get together -> Get together hotfix. The hotfix managed to remove the llama buttons in Newcrest(the only world available other than the two base game ones) but content has not appeared. The only content that seems to have appeared are game updates like basements. I do not get the option for the new jobs or to start a retail store, nor do I get Get Together options. I've re-installed the games several times, also downloading GTW and Get Together again and adding game folders to exception list in Windows Defender. All downloads are from this website.
So, my main problem is that no content is appearing even though loading screen is that of Get Together. And version is 1.13.104.1010. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the quick reply Yes, I've seen that post earlier and have completely disabled my antivirus. I had installed origin earlier but completely removed it and done a fresh installation. I don't understand why this is happening

Try reapplying files from Get to Work, Get Together and finally Hotfix. Just copy and paste.

I hope I'm not causing a lot of trouble. I've already done that many times but I will do it again tomorrow morning. I hope my post doesn't get lost if I take some time to answer?

I installed the Sims 4 from an ISO of this site. GTW and Get Together I had to copy and paste after extracting from a RAR. Please help, this is driving me nuts!

Re: Installed Sims 4 correctly, but no content, no worlds coming up.
The "repair in Origin"-function is the same as un-installing & re-installing a pirated Sims 4 game, including all DLC. Feel free to try it if you like. Just make sure to keep the install order as follows.
a) TS4 base game
b) Get to Work
c) Get together
d) Hotfix
And if you're willing to reinstall The Sims 4 reply so I could write more detailed instructions for you.

Well, let's go then.
Firstly download Your Uninstaller! Pro. Uninstall The Sims 4 using Super Mode in Your Uninstaller! Pro. Reboot PC. Now, let's check if there are some leftover files.
Good luck! Take your time because this is long process.
Firstly download Your Uninstaller! Pro. Uninstall The Sims 4 using Super Mode in Your Uninstaller! Pro. Reboot PC. Now, let's check if there are some leftover files.
- Checking for leftover files:
First let's delete The Sims 4 documents.
1. In Windows XP, Vista, and 7 click on the start button and select "Documents" or "My Documents."
-In Windows 8/8.1 there are several ways to get to Documents. I prefer using Windows key + E and selecting "Documents" from the left pane.
2. Open the Electronic Arts folder, and then The Sims 4
3. Delete The Sims 4 folder if there is any.
**********************************************************************
If The Sims 4 is saved to the default location (the C: drive), then follow the steps below. If you have it saved to another drive, you may need to do a bit of digging to find the installation older.
1. In Windows XP, Vista, and 7 click on the start button and select "Computer" or "My Computer."
-In Windows 8/8.1, I would recommend using the Windows key + E to pull up "This PC" and selecting your C: drive from there.
2. Navigate to the Program Files folder
-Open Program Files (x86) instead, if you have a 64-bit system
3. You'll see The Sims 4 folder. If there is any delete it.
**********************************************************************
Now let's head over to the registry. You can access the Registry Editor by holding down the Windows key + R and typing "regedit" (without quotes) into the Run prompt.
Let's start deleting the registry keys.
1. Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder by clicking the triangle next to the folder icon.
2. Expand the SOFTWARE folder.
-For 64-bit systems, expand Wow6432Node
3. Expand the Maxis folder.
4. Right-click and delete The Sims 4 folder, if it appears
5. Collapse the Maxis folder.
-If you are on a 64-bit system, you should stay inside the Wow6432Node folder for the next steps
6. Expand the Microsoft folder.
7. Expand the Windows folder.
8. Expand the CurrentVersion folder.
9. Expand the Uninstall folder.
10. Delete the following folder if it appears: (in brackets) 48EBEBBF-B9F8-4520-A3CF-89A730721917
Empty your Recycle Bin and restart your PC. If you have a cleaning software that you know and trust, run that before your restart and after restart once again. The Sims 4 is now completely uninstalled from your system and ready for a fresh install!
Good luck! Take your time because this is long process.

Re: Installed Sims 4 correctly, but no content, no worlds coming up.
Well I didn't have the Maxis folder. Nor the {48EBEBBF-B9F8-4520-A3CF-89A730721917}. I found out that my Sims 4 base game is from reloaded. It should work, right? Also, my download of Ultimate Fix also includes many stuffs and I want them to work too. So when should I install that?
Edit: I also followed a tutorial to delete remnants of Origin from previous installation.

Re: Installed Sims 4 correctly, but no content, no worlds coming up.
Well,
G4TW version of all The Sims 4 addons is based on Reloadeds version. So, first install Base Game, download Get to Work, Get Together and Hotfix. EXtract Get to Work, and copy paste it in The Sims 4 install directory. Do same for Get Together and Hotfix. If this isn't working it might do something with Reloaded's Base Game. But, I've tried, just to test, download Spa Day and all previous addons from Reloaded and it worked. But for now install all DLCs and check back.
Do you have any legal DLCs from Origin?

Re: Installed Sims 4 correctly, but no content, no worlds coming up.
I tried doing what you said. I have no legal DLCs. Also, whenever I go to any filters and open drop down menu of Packs, all those options appear but they are greyed out and when I hover above them, it says "You do not have this content".

Do you have Origin opened on computer? Press at the same time CTRL+ALT+DEL and select Task Manager. Scroll all way down and make sure that Origin isn't running.
Did you recently uninstalled any antivirus?

Re: Installed Sims 4 correctly, but no content, no worlds coming up.
Not recently, but quite a bit of time ago I uninstalled AVG. Also, I had Origin which I also removed. Before installing again, I went through a tutorial to completely remove Origin. Interestingly, there was a folder in ProgramData\Origin called "nonorigingamescache" which I deleted among the rest. But it's still not working. I get a few options that are probably from the DLCs, like getting the option to create a copy of a painting.

This might be uncorrectly/uncomplete uninstallation of antivirus. Meet me at chatbox so I can fix it by Team Viewer. Also, download Team Viewer.

Re: Installed Sims 4 correctly, but no content, no worlds coming up.
Well, now I am facing a different problem. I've downloaded the Sims 4 base game from this site but while installing, even if I select D drive, it says the following disks do not have enough memory and drive C shows up. I cannot get it to install the game to D drive no matter how much I try.

Re: Installed Sims 4 correctly, but no content, no worlds coming up.
Alright, somehow changing the registry ProgramFilesDir value I was able to install it. Installing other expansions now, keeping fingers crossed.

OMG IT STILL WON'T WORK! I downloaded a fresh copy from G4TW, and it still is the exact situation as before.
