MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer Empty MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer

Good day. I'm new here so sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I just downloaded the sims 4 and followed the steps very carefully and yet I had this TS4_x64.exe - System Error which states that "The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I have 64-bit windows. 

Can somebody help me or tell me how to fix this. Thank you very much.
