Island paradise won't install

every time i try to install island paradise i get this message:




I managed to download all the other expansion packs fine, except this one, any help would be appreciated

Hi, since the error message said the sims 3 is not updated. Can you see if your sims update version?

Also try manually update the game, and re-try installing.
