Hello guys can u please help me? Im trying to install The sims togheter that includes al the game packages and so.I did this to my own computer a coulpe of months ago and it was no trouble at all. I have followed the installation guide but it just wont work.
When i press the the sims logo in the game bin this message comes up: "Unable to start: The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of The Sims and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play.
[d6f91ffb]"
Can anybody help me? I tried all day. I hope im posting this in the right tread.

Hello and welcome to the forum @emmakarlsen93,
Navigate to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and delete the file named GameVersion.txt there. Then try the game again. Good luck for now !
