Hello, I have the same problem. I downloaded and installed a cracked copy of the sims 4 (reloaded), didn't install the fix, everything ran smooth. I had no problems playing. Up until I downloaded custom content. It turned out cc won't work unless I update the game, so I installed the ultimate fix and followed all the instructions properly, but now my game won't load. It opens, goes into the loading screen, then stops responding after a few seconds.
I have no cc currently in my mods folder, I relocated all of it. I tried reinstalling the game and origin multiple times, rebooting the computer, replacing the crack files, running it with my antivirus/firewall turned off.... Everything I managed to find on the web, I've tried. Even the DEP setting was correct, didn't have to change anything. And it still won't run.
I'm out of ideas. Please help? Help

I moved your post to the correct section. Please download and install additional DLC items, in the following order.

1) Get to Work
2) Get together
3) Hotfix (see this here)

The Ultimate fix does not work in your case. The Get to Work + Get together DLC can be found on the official downloads page (install instructions included):
