After downloading The Sims 4 this window pops up...

EDIT: It seems that I forgot to delete one The Sims 4 folder from My documents. And there were my old The Sims 4 data. I deleted that folder and as now it seems that my game works. Sorry guys.


So I have The Sims 4 physical version and I downloaded it with Origin. I wanted some expansion packs and because of that I deleted all my The Sims 4 things and I re-downloaded The Sims 4 from here. I followed all instructions and I downloaded The Sims 4: Get to Work and The Sims 4: Get Together and later The Sims 4: Get to work hotfix. After all that installing stuff I tried to open The Sims 4 for the first time and this thing pops up:

It says:

Couldn't start:

User's data dictionary's information is The Sims 4-game's newer version's created, and that's why that couldn't be downloaded. Update your game in Origin that you can play this game.

Omg. I'm so noob in this... What to do? Hopefully somebody understood my problem, even tho I can't explain at all.

Do I delete all The Sims 4 things and download them again? Sorry~
