Freezing actions

Before i begin i would like to say i have the 'Hotfix' and no mods.

The game plays well for a while. Then it randomly starts to stop doing actions. I have to pause the game to get the sim to do what I want them too. Sometimes also when I press pause the game doesn't pause. The time continues to move and then it realizes i pressed pause and the time etc. kinda goes back to when i pressed pause and pauses.

• Delete your cache files
  
• Rename your user folder
