Game freezing at startup screen after applying the Ultimate Fix

I have The Sims 4 and Get to Work EP(Both Pirated),i downloaded the ultimate fix(2nd one ,not the one that requires get together EP).But the game is freezing at startup on the rotating icon.I followed all the instructions on the site and the instruction file that comes with the game but it is not working. When I delete the sims folder in My Documents, It works but freezes for about 5 mins when i remove the welcome to get to work screen...then it will crash when creating a sim or while playing....Any fix please? Is the second file(1.0GB) in the ultimate patch only for the base game not for the get to work EP too? Because the first one(2.0GB) is for both the Get to Work and Get Together??

sadly Update Only Ultimate Fix doesn't work. It causes start up issues and if you can run it there are many crashes and bugs. So what you need to do is to install The Sims 4 in order Base Game -> Get to Work -> Get Together -> Hotfix. To correctly install The Sims 4 follow this guide. You may skip steps #1 and #2 as you aleradyinstalled Base Game and Get to Work.
