Sims 3 Already Installed

I already have the Sims 3 installed with some expansion packs installed. Would it be good to install expansion/stuff packs from here or should I unistall everything and install from this website?

You don't have to uninstall anything. You can download additional expansions and stuffpacks from the official G4TW-downloads site; general install instructions can be found here:
