Game starts, but crashes just before main menu?

Hello! I've worked all afternoon today, trying to install the Sims 4. I'm not sure if to post this here, or in the 'in-games issue' since well, this happened my first time running the game, just a few minutes ago. I've reinstalled the game twice, just trying to set the game up and I'm happy to say, I managed to figure out everything enough to get the game to finally start!! However, once it does, and it's just one load up screen away from the main start menu ---- the game crashes! it says windows tries finding a solution, however it can't and just shuts down instantly. I was so close, yet so far it seems! I'm not sure what could have done this, as I've allowed all the accesses and everything while installing, I don't know what messed up right at the last minute for this to happen! any ideas? since I just downloaded today, I have downloaded the latest ultimate fix, and I can see people had issues with the dine-out part of it, so I'm not sure if that's what caused it? or something else completely?

did you installed The Sims 4 in this order: Base Game -> Get to Work -> Get Together -> Ultimate Fix?
Try following steps:

1. Rename The Sims 4 folder inside Documents;
   
2. Try the game again;
   
3. Rename or Delete (if it was the new folder the game created in step 2) The Sims 4 folder inside Documents;
   
4. Run the Game again after changing the compatibility preferences to run the game as administrator;
   
5. Wait the 40 minutes for it to show me the menu, if it takes longer, kill the task and restart the game again;
   
6. Run the Game using compability settings for previous Windows releases.

hello! thank you for your advice, I've seen several posts where they say to do those first three steps and I hoped it would be what fixes it however, nothing has worked  I did install ts4 in order, especially the second time I tried reinstalling since I followed the steps on this site. 

When you say to wait for 40 minutes in step 5, I feel I should verify that the game doesn't take more than 3 minutes, maybe even less, before it crashes on the Sims 4 logo. I've tried running on other versions, my current widow is W8, but it still has the same response. I'd hate to have to reinstall it but, should I? Is there anything I can check in it's folders before I delete everything to reinstall?

Try MOVING The Sims 4 Documents folder from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Dekstop, if you don't have any saves and don't mind losing all progress delete The Sims 4 Documents folder. 

Also, try running 64-bit version of The Sims 4 located at C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin. Run TS4_x86.exe as Administrator.

Now ton of questions come up:
What version of Windows you run?
Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
What antivirus you own?
Did you add The Sims 4 installation folder to antivirus exclusion list?
Do you have Origin installed?

so I've tried to reinstall once more, started over, and this time, I went one by one installing the things needed ( The Sims 4, Get to Work, Get Together ). The game worked well with The Sims 4 and Get to Work but when I moved the files for Get Together, it asks me to log into Origin ( which I do have installed ). I close the log-in for Origin and the game seemed to want to start but just for a second before it closed down and said it requires me to log into Origin to play The Sims 4. Should I uninstall Origin? Is there something in the Get Together files I should delete so it won't ask for it?

Can you show us a screenshot of that "Origin-error" you are getting ?
