Isn't there a fix-only?

I don't really want to download all those packs because my limited internet bandwidth means it's took me days just to download the base game. And since I've just had to reinstall, I've got save data from a newer version. (The last 2015 Ultimate Fix I think)

sadly there isn't Updates only Ultimate Fix, because it needs to create completely new crack for those updates. So, download Ultimate Fix using torrent. 

If you have slow internet connection, it's always good to save installer, even on high speed connection, in future, if it's needed, to reinstall game or give it to someone else.
