Dine-Out Menu Not Popping Up?

Hello!

I just downloaded the new ultimate fix and wanted to try it out with one of my families! I was able to manage employees, hire them, but the second that I clicked "Edit/Manage Menu" (or whatever that button says), it took about five clicks to get it to respond, but once it did, it was a greyed out screen!

Unfortunately, I do not have any screenshots, but once I get back onto my laptop, I can add some to my thread.

Is it just a normal EA bug, or is it something that I've done wrong in installation that won't let it run properly?

Was the restaurant open or closed? You can't edit the menu when the restaurant is open.

The restaurant was closed.
