Just installed expansion packs, now when I try to open the launcher it will not start up.

Hi,

I already have the Sims 3 game (bought it from Origin, along with Late Night and High End Loft Stuff). I wanted to get more expansion packs so I torrented 4 (Generations, Pets, Ambitions, Seasons). After they finished torrenting I installed the Ultimate Fix, then followed the instructions to copy and replace the .exe and .dll file into the Game/Bin area. I tried to start the game through the launcher, but it said that the "Sims 3 Launcher has stopped working". 

I then searched online for a solution to this and then realized that I forgot to actually set up/install the torrented files. Woops. So I did that, entered in the product keys for the expansion packs and everything, then tried launching the game again. Still, same problem. So instead of the launcher, I clicked the TS3W.exe file. It would then give me the error "Sims 3 has stopped working". I then copy and pasted the .exe and .dll files from the #Crack folder of the Pets expansion pack. Still didn't work. 

Sorry, I'm not good at all with these sorts of things. It's my first time torrenting. I thought I followed the instructions word for word, but it still messed up in the end. Can someone help me out? Lol sorry if I sound clueless.
