I myself used a complete store compilation from the uploader "rachelstoolbox" on Piratebay, though it seems that the torrent these days is no longer on Piratebay anymore. You may google for it, though.

In other news, I wanted to work on a Games4theworld version of the store; basically I got it compiled already, and "only" need to test it more. Which unfortunately I haven't gotten to it, due to time/real-life constraints. So at this point I can't give you an ETA on a Games4theworld-store compilation, I'm sorry.

Actually i went looking and found it on thepiratebay. Just wanted to ask is there any other thing that we need to download to install them? Because people were complaining that it messes up the game.

What @Tarac said before. Also remember that installing (a lot of) store items will usually lead to longer loading times when starting up the game. Other than that, nothing gets "messed up".
