The Sims 4 only showing camping pack. [SOLVED]

Hello,

I downloaded the sims 4 base game, Get to work, Get together, and the ultimate fix.
I installed the game and then dragged all the extracted files from get to wok, get together, and the ultimate fix. I go to play the game and everything works. But it's only showing that I have the outdoor retreat expansion. That's the only new items showing anywhere and it only shows a camp ground for an extra spot to visit. Also,if you try to sort through items if you select the packs or whatever it is it only shows Base and Outdoor retreat.. Not sure how its possible and what I did.. If anyone can give me some help here I'd appreciate it!

Now i Added the get to work then opened up the game and it was Get to work.. I then added the Get together and then opened up the game and it was both get together and get to work showing in the Globe.. Now i added the ultimate fix again and its telling me this when I try to open the game:

Unable to start:
The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of the sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via origin to play.

Mine is now saying the same thing.. I don't see any Gameversion.txt file to delete though..

That is the location where you can find the "Gameversion.txt" file. In that picture I highlighted the Mods-folder, but if you look carefully you can find the GameVersion.txt file there too.

I'm trying to find this under The Sims 4 file but i don't see any of that... if i open The Sims 4 file this is what it shows

Unless im like seriously this dumb something is missing.. because i cant get to the screen youre showing and i dont see anything open furthr than the Sims 4.. sorry im a pain

When you downloaded TeamViewer, "meet" me at the chatbox, on top of the forum's main page. I'll be there for a while, and try assisting you via TeamViewer on that.

You opened the wrong Sims 4 folder.
You must not use the one in Program Files but the one in My Documents - Electronic Arts.

It's working now thanks to The_gh0stm4n

Problem solved through TeamViewer; I basically (re-) applied the latest Ultimate fix and changed some file system permissions (see this here).
