Help needed with installing pirated copy of Quantum Break. [SOLVED]

First of all sorry if this isn't the best section to post this question in. If someone knows a section where i'll get better results please let me know.
 
Ok, after Quantum Break was finally released on Steam about a week ago i finally finished downloading a copy off The Pirate Bay yesterday. 99% of the time when i've downloaded a game before i had no issues with it because i might not be very tech savvy but still i'm smart enough to read the comments to see whether it's any good or not.
 
I found a torrent and it had all positive comments so i downloaded it. Now, everytime i've downloaded a game before it was simple what to do... mount the iso, install the game and then copy the crack folder to the installation folder... or sometimes the crack was already built-in so you just installed it.
 

This torrent however was a zip file which contained a folder called "QuantumBreakSteam" and i'll include a screenshot of what was inside that. I've googled everywhere i can and got nothing and asked everyone i know and got nothing. I have no clue what to do now so if one of you lovely lovely nerds could help me out i would be really appreciative. Thanks.

Have you tried extracting the contents of that .zip into a fresh folder, and then tried running the start.bat?

I just tried exactly what you said and this came up. I have no clue what it is. Btw where you said running the start.bat, you meant just double clicking on it right?

Most likely, your current computer does not fulfill the (minimum) requirements for the game, which you can see here:

Sorry to say that (and yes, I meant simply double-clicking on the start.bat).

Can't i just lower the settings?

This is my system specs btw...

Operating System : Windows 10 Home 64 bit
Processor/CPU : Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz
Video Card/GPU : AMD Radeon R7 360

Memory/RAM : 8GB

If the game doesn't even start up in the first place, then in most cases there won't be much you can do. 

I imagine, you will probably do more googling after this post here, and you might come across certain tweaks or emulators that promise to run high-end games like that, on insufficient hardware. But in 9/10 cases, they won't help you either. You will most likely need to upgrade your system - or at least your CPU. But again, at that point I can't really help you further.
