Sims4 sometime works

For the past weeks of playing The Sims 4 i have been having this issue with the game working for several hours. Then an unexpected crash. i start up it again and works fine for several hours. After, just accepting this issue. A brand new problem surface. Where the game would start up normal and crash/stop working at the first loading screen. i checked out some thread about sims4 threads(here), "stopped working", "crashes", and "errors". None of them fix the issue. Then, i decide to start up the game... it started to work. i do not know, how or what? it work fine(several hours). I continue on to play for two days. Next day crash/stop working at the same point. i have played with no mods, still having these two issues. im at this cycle of not working, not working to working and not working. for almost a month.
