Hello and welcome to the Forum @Blizzzz08!
I'm not sure I understand, but if you install a legit (Origin) version of The Sims 4, you will lose the DLC from the pirated game, yes. Is there a special reason you want to install an Origin-version of The Sims 4?

Thanks, what I mean is, with reference to what Tarac wrote earlier about changing the game version using the file from the legit game to update the pirated copy, will that have any effect on the installed expansions, like gtw, and other installed dlcs? Thanks.

You cannot "update a pirated copy" simply by typing a different number in that GameVersion.txt file. The only time you should edit that file, is when you played a legit game on Origin, and THEN you switch to a pirated version. And not the other way round.
And yes, if you start up an Origin version of The Sims 4, ALL your pirated DLC will be gone, and it doesn't matter what you put in the GameVersion.txt file.
I'm still not sure if that answers your question, but feel free to link to the message from Tarac, that you are speaking about.

By copying the updated game folder from the legit copy to the pirated copy, will it affect the installed dlcs?

OK, but why would you want to do that? You cannot (!) update the game like that. Yes, it will not only "affect" your DLC, but it will totally break the game. When you do this, nothing will happen when you try starting the game. Or you get an error message. I don't see any point in doing this, but you have been warned.
