The Sims 3 not working help!?

i have downloaded sims 1 and 3 complete collections but can not get them to work as in the crack folder I can not drag the others as I cant find the (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin  anywhere?  somebody help pleeease

Have you properly installed the game? Read the included #Installation guide on how to do that. If you cannot "find" the C:\Program files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3-location, it could mean you did not install the game yet. Do keep us posted.

thank for your reply and help i sorted sims 3 but not sims 1 did start another topic regarding that

What did you to resolve the issue eventually?   Was the game indeed not (properly) installed?
