City Living update: camera controls?

I just downloaded and installed City Living. 
I had an issue when I first opened the game (but I fixed it- stinking CC). 

Now that I have no CC though, I notice that I can't click and drag to move the view. That was a real thing, right? Is there a setting that got rebooted, or did they change the camera controls? 
Any help is appreciated, because I feel completely crazy right now.
