Sims 4 stuck at camera controls!! Help me please

Whenever I'm in CAS my sims game gets stuck on the camera controls, i cannot click on anything, only rotate stuff. I always have to restart the game when this happens. I tried to eliminate all the custom content and it got better for a bit but now it's happening again s: Can you help me?

Maybe the latest version of the game fixes your issue, besides adding tons of stuff?
