Hello, where can i find the city living installation guide? I can't find it inside the city living download file.. My game keep crashing on the loading screen when moving to a new apartment. Please help.. Sad

Hello,

Welcome to both of you.
The Installation Guide is a textfile found inside the RAR you've downloaded.
Though if you've already installed the game, that's not going to help much. If it keeps crashing, disable any mods or CC you have, and try again.

Mods, Saved game and tray should be moved to the desktop before installing CL.( from Documents, Electronic Arts, sims 4. Than run the clean Game as Administrator. After that you can start adding Mods back, but not all at the same time. Tray can also be moved back as is saves. Sim Architect advised this. I followed her advise and the Install instructions. I have not had any problems. ( Touch wood )

I removed all my mods, tray files and deleted all my saved games and started new one. It still crashes when i try to travel to a new apartment
