The Sims 3 freezes

My problems started with Generations and now it continues with Pets. I stopped playing because of it but I couldn't resist on playing pets and now it's driving me crazy.
OK, now problems- game freezes and I can't do anything except force restart and lose all unsaved data. Last time it froze I tried reload it and when it comes to load my household it freezes again so I can't play at all. Game was installed by your instructions. I really, really want to play pets and this is really driving me crazy. I think reinstalling won't help, it will help for a while (like it did in generations) but the same problems occurs after some time again.

Oh, and I didn't have any CC or mods in Generations or Pets.

I did DEP, I will try now that thing with graphic card.
It seems to me that he has some problems with saves. I removed all the saves and managed to start the game. But I really don't have nerve every time to start over.

I wrote in my first post, I don't have any mods or CC.

I tried everything. Nothing works. I guess I was wrong when I thought it has something to do with saves. It freezes in everything, even in "options" before I load any save. As far as I see, many people have same problem. My comp configuration shouldn't be a problem, he runs games that ask much more requirements with no problem at all and he had no problems with sims until generations and pets.
