error code: d3382ced:984c6a38:00000000 - Origin problem - Sims 4

i can`t start the game, i really did the rights steps to install the sims 4

-I edit my exclusions
-re install the game
-uninstall Origin**
-Move directory folder of The sims 4 
-Erase the registry of EA in /software

Please help me! you're the only web site who knows about this issue.  

Step 1: deinstall Origin
Go to C:\Program Files (x86) - Origin (NOT ORIGIN GAMES)
Look for the file OriginUninstall and doubleclick.
After removal re-boot your computer.

Step 2:
Base Game, make sure the file rld.dll in your installationfolder - Game - Bin is added to the exceptions in your AV
Expansions, do the same with the file RldOrigin.dll. (you may remove rld.dll now)

When you have 64-bits Windows, step 2 is not required but make sure you start your game with TS4_x86 and not with TS4. Start your game as an Administrator.

I don't know if im stupid or somthing but I don't have the TS4_x86 I have 64-bits Windows. Can somone help?


I also have the problem with the error code abaout orgin!

i already uninstalled origin-


it's the same thing add the folder to exclusions then add only those .dll files?

Nvm I fixed the problem with not having TS4_x86 I had TS4_x64 so yeah... But I still have the problem with orgin any help?

I just downloaded the all the Expansions and I got it in one of them!
