Unable to start, error [d3382ced:984c6a38:00000000:000000000]

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me fix my problem. I get an error message when I try to start the game, with the expansion get to work. Its the only expansion I have installed from here, with the sims 4 basegame. The basegame worked before installing get together. I have done what the installation guide said, but it won't work. This is the message that pop up:" Unable to start: Origin is currently not running. Please make sure that origin is running before attempting to play The Sims 4 [d3382ced:984c6a38:00000000:000000000]

Hello @annajupiter and welcome to the G4TW Forums,

Those early cracks for The Sims 4 are/were super-prone to being damaged or deleted by antivirus software. It's best if you try configuring exclusions for your antivirus program; and add the installation path for The Sims 4, to said exclusions. Also make sure to do this for Windows Defender:

Once you did all of that (properly), then re-copy and re-paste the Get to Work-DLC again, and try the game. Good luck!

Thx I got it fixed by downloading the next exspansion pack. Know im at toddler stuff and I cant seem to find the fixed gamefolder anywhere, do you know where it is?

Oh no, you used the "old format" ...   You could/should have used this here instead, as recommended in the TS4 Must-Read Guide on the Forum, which would have been a lot easier. Either way, if you need the old Game-folders, I think you can still find them here:
