Errors whilst installing the Sims 4 Base Game

Hi everyone.
I'm installing all of the expansion packs, and they've all been through UTorrent, and now I'm just getting to installing them/putting them into the right folders.
However, whilst installing the Sims 4 base game, it's telling me that it's unable to continue due to the following error:

"Source file not found:
C:\Users\RHIANN~1\AppData\Local\Temp\7zO4D1D.tmp\setup1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

How do I get past this? Thank you!

Did you make sure to open the .rar download file, with the program WinRAR first? You can download WinRAR from Games4theworld too, here:

After you opened the .rar file with WinRAR, you extract all the contents into a fresh folder. You can achieve that easily by simply dragging the contents from the window in WinRAR, into the empty folder. The extraction ca take a while, but when done, close WinRAR. Then go to the folder and run the "Sims 4 setup.exe".

P.S. also make sure to NOT run the installation from a USB-flashdrive or external drive, if possible, since that is known to be able to cause issues with this version of the basegame.
