the sims 4 hang

hello
... i have download the sims 4 and install but i put play and when I press play and try to create Sims hang and I can not do anything .. what happen and what can I do;

Hello again,
Did you install the other Games4theworld Sims 4 items, in the order here? Base game -> Get to Work -> Get together -> City Living? Did you also have a look at the post here for some possible solutions?

Also, try running the game from the TS4.exe for now only. And right-click on it and choose "run as Administrator". P.S. if you have any mods, please temporarily remove them as well.
