Is there any way I can get the new toddler patch?

Hello, 

So I have already download the sims 4 with dine out and all DLCs. 
I've watched on youtube that the new toddler patch was released on the 12th of January and I really want to have toddlers in my game.
I've searched everywhere for it and I can't find it. My game is cracked so I can't update it by origin.

There is no way to get toddlers in a cracked game yet. If there was a way, we would have mentioned it. We all have to wait for an official "scene release" from RELOADED. Please refer to the announcement here for more details (which I just made into a Global Announcement here, meaning, it shows up on top of every Forum subsection).
