I hAVE base game and first expansion on origin

When I copy city living and get together into the sims 4 origin folder the sims 4 acts like they are not there what do I do make appear installed. I also have the first game pack on origin.

As soon as you install pirated games on top of your original games, you must no longer update via Origin.
When you update, all pirated expansion will be rendered unworkable.
Also original + pirated games won't work from the folder Program Files \ Origin Games \ The Sims 4
Move (don't copy) the Sims 4 folder out of folder Origin Games directly under Program Files (x86).

Reason:
In the (hidden) ProgramData folders Origin keeps track of your legal games and will only activate these legal games on start up.
That's why you won't notice pirated games.
