Language fail. [SOLVED]

Hi everyone, 

I've got a problem with the language files chages.
When I click on the "French" language, the file tell me that's the game was now in french but, when i open it, it was in english. And that's, with all language..
What can i do?

(Sorry i'm french so it's hard for me )

Open the file RldOrigin in your installationfolder (probably something like Program Files(x86)\The Sims\Game\Bin (You can open it with notepad)
When the language is still english you will notice a line language=en_US
Change this to language=fr_FR.
Make sure there is no semicolon in front of that line.
Now save the file again and start your game as an administrator

Hello and welcome to the Forum @Lama.,

I don't have much to add, except that with some languages, there will be a different folder under Documents\Electronic Arts, and you have to "transfer" savefiles and whatnot. See the guide here for a more elaborate description.
