Hello,
I was searching the EA support pages (Which is really messed up at the moment - couldn't expect anything else from EA though) and I found the following:

It's another name for High end loft stuff,

The idiots use Design & High-Tech Stuff in the title, but High-End Loft Stuff in the pictures and features post.

I think its the UK's version of High end loft stuff. Products are often renamed a bit in the UK to appeal more to the public.
