design tool wont work.[SOLVED]

Hi, i have been playing for a while now and have ALL stuff and xp`s installed and last night night while trying to change the design on the wallpaper in my house the game froze on me, now i can not do anything when i select the design tool, it freezes and i have to cancel the game by task manager, i have nraas mods installed and did have cc but deleted it when trying to fix the game, i have uninstalled the base game and reinstalled, done the fixes and updates but still no luck, can anyone help please as i dont want to have to uninstall all 15 again, thanks Fi

Are you sure you updated all of the NRAAS mods? And, did the tool work prior to installing Supernatural?

Hi yes to both questions and it worked fine all day yesterday, i didn't install anything before it crashed either, it is a total mystery, fi

That's very strange!

Did you uninstall just the base game, or packs as well?
And, have you tried a different household to see if it freezes with them, too?

Hi, yes just the base game, i read on another post here when the hand tool didn't work that helped so i thought i would try it, now for some reason i can get the design too to work but the game crashes when trying to shut down!!!! so i cant save anything as i still have to do the task manager to shut down, i really really dont want to have to do all packs but it looks like i might have to as it is doing it will all household that i try, Fi

Try removing supernatural, testing it, then reinstalling supernatural - that way you won't have to remove all the packs.

Supernatural has A LOT of bugs, and this could very well be one of them.
