It happened again but I had to restart the game, I lost all my sims that were in those worlds. It seems like dine out, city living and all the other expansions somehow not work when I start up the game? I don't really know, and also when I make my sims they don't show up in my gallery.

Are you using any mods? If you are, disable them for the moment. Perhaps there is an outdated one.

I just installed MC Mod Commander a few minutes ago, so I don't think it's mods. I didn't have any CC when the problem started either.

The expansions should work immediately, but it can happen that you lose a savegame if you install a new expansion on an existing game.

I only lost the sims that were in those worlds, I didn't lose everything in my save file. I only lost the content that came with City living, Dine out and everything that the Ultimate fix has and they were replaced with base content.
