Sims 4 crashing when picking aspiration

I literally had so many problems with the sims 4, I think of giving up.
My first problem is that the sims 4 crashes after I pick aspiration. I can make the whole sim, and it will STILL crash. I read somewhere that I need to uninstall the game and reinstall, but I REALLY hope for an other solution.
My other problem is that many CC won't appear in game although they do appear in the mod list...
I really hope you guys will help me... I really got tired of having problems with the sims.
*when I try loading a family, the screen just freezes on the loading screen...
